ICFM5: Visa Support  CLOSED!

Entry Visa To Japan:

1-The ICFM5 Secretariat will provide visa support for registered participants with an accepted abstract. We will provide supporting documents for registered co-author(s) and accompanying person(s) too.

2-If you are not registered in ICFM5, please complete the registration and payment in order to apply for visa support.

3-Upon request, we are able to post a hard copy of the following documents to support your application for entry visa to Japan:
- Original invitation letter with confirmation of your abstract acceptance and completed registration
- Letter of Reason for Invitation according to the standard template requested by Japan Embassy
- Itinerary and schedule of stay 
- Overview of ICFM5 program
Note: We are not able to provide the "letter of guarantee" as we are not supporting your travel expense. Please contact Japanese Embassy or relevant diplomatic missions for more detail.

How to request the above documents? CLOSED on 7 September

Step 1: Please download and complete the following itinerary and schedule of stay (DOC, 35 KB)
Note: This is a template and you may change it according to your schedule. Please change the name of hotel if you reserve any other hotel.

Step 2: Please email us (info@ifi-home.info) the following documents and information:
a) The above completed itinerary
b) Copy of the information page of your passport
c) Your abstract code (written in the acceptance letter) and registration number. If you are co-author or accompanying person, please provide abstract code of the main author with your registration number.
d) Occupation as you are going to write in your visa application form
e) Postal address to send you the original hard copy of visa supporting documents.
